SHIPPING POLICY

❤ Party box and product orders: The cost of any shipping rates are added to a customer's order at checkout.


❤ Printable and digital purchases: No printed items will be shipped. Your purchase (designs) will be delivered in digital PDF format via email or Dropbox download link.

❤ Please see shop announcement for current turn around time.

❤ Most of our designs require proofs, so please note that the lead time is for receiving your first proof, not your final file.

❤ We cannot start working on your designs until we have all the information and details required by the buyer. Please note that delaying the delivery of your personalization information, color and font choices will delay the delivery of your design files.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 If you are in any way not satisfied with your order, please let us know right away. We will do everything we can to make you happy.

 Since our designs are personalized, once a proof has been sent, the order is no longer refundable.

 Refunds on orders that were never completed (meaning never started at all) will only be issued within 30 days of original purchase.

 Party box purchases may be returned within 7 calendar days, after the date of delivery for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please reach out to the customer service team at hello@creatinghappydays.com to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to shipper.

❤ Shipping cost not included in returned items, the customer must bear the shipping cost to return to our studio.

 Items returned after 7 days will be in the form of a store credit.

 The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

PAYMENT

❤ We will start to work on your project only when you have made your payment and is cleared.

Turn around time begins once the transaction is complete and customer provides the required information. Once we receive the required information you will receive a PDF proof for your approval within 48 hours.

REVISIONS

Designs do not include revisions unless an error was made on our behalf.

❤ A PDF proof will be sent to the client for approval.

After a final file has been sent there will be a revision fee for any requested changes.

COLORS AND DESIGN

❤ We apologize, but NO color changes can be made.

❤ NO changes can be made to the design layout.

Colors on your screen and color printout may not match.

❤ Actual colors may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions.

→ Please note that we use a professional inkjet color printer (Epson ET-8550) and the colors you see on your computer screen may not match the colors you print at home or at the print shop.
